Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reasons.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Meeting the Withdrawal Period

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Refusal of Refund

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate to us your withdrawal from this contract.

Costs of Return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Wertverlust: Depreciation: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining their nature, characteristics and functioning.
